Orders are now available for pickup!
To pick up your book(s), you will need the Pickup QR Code that was emailed directly to you.
We have sent an email with the pickup details and your unique QR code to the email address specified when ordering. We have designed a contactless pickup process, so you must bring your QR code and be ready to show it, either from a print-out of the email or on a phone or other device.
If you didn’t receive your pickup QR code and instructions, or have misplaced them, please contact us, and we would be happy to re-send them to you.
Please be aware that entry to the USC campus is currently restricted, and you will need to pass Trojan Check and obtain a Campus Day Pass before visiting our office. You can use the Trojan Check system by clicking this link. Details about Trojan Check are available on USC’s Coronavirus website.
If you would prefer to change your order to shipping, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you pay for the shipping and handling fee separately.
All shipped El Rodeo orders are sent via the United States Postal Service media mail. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are shipping in batches every few weeks. Please contact us for updates on your order’s shipping progress.

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you specified when ordering.
Who can pick up my order?
If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order. If you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
You may also simply decide to pick up your yearbook after the distribution period from our offices. For other requests, please contact us.
Can I switch to shipping?
Yes! If you ordered your book to be picked up, but would now prefer to have it shipped, just contact us, and we can help you arrange to pay the shipping and handling fee and have your book(s) shipped, instead!
