The 2022 edition of El Rodeo is available now.
To pick up your book(s), you will need the Pickup QR Code that was emailed directly to you.
We have sent an email with the pickup details and your unique QR code to the email address specified when ordering. We have designed a contactless pickup process, so you must bring your QR code and be ready to show it, either from a print-out of the email or on a phone or other device.
If you didn’t receive your pickup QR code and instructions, or have misplaced them, please contact us, and we would be happy to re-send them to you.
If you would prefer to change your order to shipping, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you pay for the shipping and handling fee separately.
All shipped El Rodeo orders are sent via the United States Postal Service media mail. We ship orders in batches every few weeks. Please contact us for updates on your order’s shipping progress.
All editions are shipping now, and go out in batches. It may take several days for your order to ship out, depending on the season, as the frequency of batches changes throughout the year.
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you specified when ordering. You are always welcome to contact us, and we can look up the specific status about your order.
Who can pick up my order?
If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order. If you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
You may also simply decide to pick up your yearbook after the distribution period from our offices. For other requests, please contact us.
Can I switch to shipping?
Yes! If you ordered your book to be picked up, but would now prefer to have it shipped, just contact us, and we can help you arrange to pay the shipping and handling fee and have your book(s) shipped, instead!
