El Rodeo yearbook features a special section where family and friends can honor their graduates with a congratulatory message, featuring personal photos and memories. By purchasing a dedication, you have a special opportunity to honor a graduate’s achievements in a uniquely personal and indelible way.
After choosing your preferred size and placing your order, your space will be reserved, an El Rodeo staff member will contact you and work with you to show you options and determine the theme for your dedication, as well as add your photos and personal message to the design.
You don’t need to submit your photos and message at the time of the order, but your El Rodeo designer will generally need these items within two weeks of ordering.
After your order is placed, we will send you an email within a few days, giving you a link and information on how to submit your photos and text. At this point, you will also be able to examine options and choose your favorite theme and basic design. One of our designers will then hand-craft your dedication, and communicate with you to ensure that it will be the perfect dedication.
Orders can be placed at the same time as your yearbook order or separately.
If you are planning to place a dedication as a surprise gift for your graduate, be sure to use only your own name, email address, and phone number (you can ignore the student ID section), apart from the blank labelled “Name of Dedication Honoree(s).” We will be contacting the person who placed the order via the email address and phone number on your order to create your dedication.
After your order is received and processed, an El Rodeo staff member will contact you to determine your preferred style and add the photos and text you would like.
