Thank you so much for purchasing a dedication for your USC graduate. We’re excited that you’ve chosen to honor your student with a personalized dedication in the El Rodeo yearbook!
This form will help us to process your order, and allow you to submit all of your dedication’s photos and text.
Be sure to refer to the email you received for frequently asked questions, tips, and other information. If you have any unanswered questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
There will be a box on the very last page to type any additional comments or questions for your designer. If you have any problems with your submission, submit what you can, and place a note in that field for your designer, who will contact you directly when she or he receives your submission.
