On-campus Distribution
The 2024 edition of El Rodeo is available now. If you have not purchased a yearbook yet, limited quantities are available purchase in person at Student Union 402 or by phone (213) 740-2707.
To pick up your book, you just need your USC student ID.
We have sent an email with the pickup details. Bring your USC student ID to Student Union 402 pick up your yearbook.
If you didn’t receive your pickup instructions or have misplaced them, please contact us, and we would be happy to re-send them to you.
If you would prefer to change your order to shipping, please contact us, and we will be happy to help you pay for the shipping and handling fee separately.
Shipped Orders
All shipped El Rodeo orders are sent via the United States Postal Service media mail. We ship orders in batches every few weeks. Please contact us for updates on your order’s shipping progress.
All editions are shipping now, and go out in batches. It may take several days for your order to ship out, depending on the season, as the frequency of batches changes throughout the year.
When your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the address you specified when ordering. You are always welcome to contact us, and we can look up the specific status about your order.
Other Questions
Who can pick up my order?
If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order. If you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
You may also simply decide to pick up your yearbook after the distribution period from our offices. For other requests, please contact us.
Can I switch to shipping?
Yes! If you ordered your book to be picked up, but would now prefer to have it shipped, just contact us, and we can help you arrange to pay the shipping and handling fee and have your book(s) shipped, instead!
