When will the 2024 yearbook be available?
The 2023 yearbook is available now! We still have a few copies left, so be sure to order it right now, if you haven’t already! The 2024 yearbook is expected to be available on campus prior to commencement.
Can I pick up any books in person right now?
Prior yearbooks are available right now. Bring your student ID to pick up your yearbook.
Can I change my order from pick-up to shipping?
Yes! We would be happy to help you with that. Please contact us with your order number (if you know it), and we can help you make the necessary arrangements. You will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
We are currently shipping books in batches every few weeks, directly from the printing plant in Texas or from our offices here on campus, depending on which year’s edition you’ve ordered.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order, but if you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.

What if I need to change my shipping address after I’ve ordered? What if I order now, but move before the book ships?
We are always happy to change your shipping address. Just contact us with your order number and new address. We’ll also send a shipping reminder out about two weeks before the books ship in the summer, and you can change your address then, if you need to.
For books that are available now, we will ship right away, so be sure to contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping information for any of those orders/items.

When can I have my picture taken for the 2024 yearbook?
Portrait sittings for the 2024 yearbook are available during the fall 2023 semester. Schedule an appointment as soon as you can.
Will I be listed in the yearbook if I do not have my photo taken?
Not in the Graduates section. We only print photos, along with the names and degrees that match them. If you did not have your photo taken, your name and degrees will not appear in the Graduates section. You may, however, appear as a part of our event coverage, as a member of a club or organization, or in other sections of the book.

Can I order a dedication?
Unfortunately, orders for dedications in the 2022 yearbook ended on March 11. We welcome your participation next year, though! We will begin offering dedications for the 2023 edition in the fall. For details and information, please keep an eye on our dedications page.
