When will the 2021 yearbook be available?
The 2021 yearbook is in the final stages of production, and printing should be complete this summer. If you have ordered the book for pick-up on campus, you’ll receive an email when it is available for picking up; if you ordered the book with shipping, it will be shipped immediately after it is completed, and you will receive a confirmation of the shipment by email.
Can I pick up any books in person right now?
No. Unfortunately, our offices remain closed, and we do not have guidance as to when we will be allowed to open to visitors and for order pick-up. When we do know, we will post that information on this website, and send an email to those who are eligible to pick up an order
Can I change my order from pick-up to shipping?
Yes! We would be happy to help you with that. Please contact us with your order number (if you know it), and we can help you make the necessary arrangements. You will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
We are currently shipping 2020 books in batches every few weeks, directly from the printing plant in Texas, and will ship 2021 books immediately after they are printed this summer.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order, but if you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
We are not currently open for picking up orders, but you can authorize someone to pick up your order when it is available here:
If you authorize someone right now, you can include that person’s email address, and they will also receive notification when our offices re-open for picking up orders.
Where can I find the answers to other questions about picking up my order or shipping it?
We have even more information on our Distribution and Shipping Information page.
Can I still submit a graduation photo for the 2021 edition?
Unfortunately, no. The deadline for submitting a photo was April 15.
We invite you to participate in next year’s edition, though! Please look for details on our Graduate Portraits page.
Will I be listed in the yearbook if I did not submit a photo?
No. We only print photos, along with the names and degrees that match them. If you did not submit a photo, your name and degrees will not appear in the Graduates section.
Can I still order a dedication?
No. Unfortunately, the Dedications section of the 2021 El Rodeo is now complete, and we cannot accept any more orders at this time.
If you placed an order previously and have any questions, please contact us, and we would be happy to help.
We hope you will consider placing a dedication in next year’s edition — details and orders will be available for the 2022 edition in late summer on our dedications page.
What if my question isn’t listed here?
If you’re having trouble locating an answer to your question, don’t fret!
Just contact us, and we would be happy to help.
Our Offices are currently closed
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, our offices in Student Union are currently closed. We are still at work on the 2021 yearbook, though! While the offices are closed, the easiest way to reach us is through the form above or via email, as our staff is currently working from home.
We hope to see you back on campus this fall!
