When will the 2021 yearbook be available?
The 2021 yearbook is available now! If you have ordered the book for pick-up on campus, you should have received an email with your unique QR code for picking up; if you ordered the book with shipping, it has shipped out, and you should have received a confirmation of the shipment by email. New orders will receive a QR code and shipment details once we’ve processed your order. New orders are shipping in batches about once a week, directly from our printer in Dallas, Texas.
Can I pick up any books in person right now?
Yes! To pick up your order, though, you must bring your unique Pickup QR Code. We send these QR codes by email. If you haven’t received yours, or have misplaced it, please contact us, and we would be happy to re-send. Please note that you will need to pass Trojan Check and obtain a Campus Day Pass to enter the University Park campus right now.
Can I change my order from pick-up to shipping?
Yes! We would be happy to help you with that. Please contact us with your order number (if you know it), and we can help you make the necessary arrangements. You will need to pay the shipping and handling fee.
We are currently shipping 2020 and 2021 books in batches every few weeks, directly from the printing plant in Texas, and will ship older books in batches from our offices.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! If you elected to pick up your yearbook when you placed your order, you are the only one authorized to pick up that order, but if you won’t be able to pick it up, you may authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf.
We are not currently open for picking up orders, but you can authorize someone to pick up your order when it is available here:
If you authorize someone right now, you can include that person’s email address, and they will also receive notification when our offices re-open for picking up orders.
Where can I find the answers to other questions about picking up my order or shipping it?
We have even more information on our Distribution and Shipping Information page.
When can I have my picture taken for the 2022 yearbook?
We are currently working hard to complete the arrangements for graduate portrait photography for the 2022 yearbook. Please stay tuned and keep checking this website for more information.
We hope to have our plan ready later this month!
Can I still submit a graduation photo for the 2021 edition?
Unfortunately, no. The deadline for submitting a photo was April 15.
We invite you to participate in next year’s edition, though! Please look for details on our Graduate Portraits page.
Will I be listed in the yearbook if I did not submit a photo?
No. We only print photos, along with the names and degrees that match them. If you did not submit a photo, your name and degrees will not appear in the Graduates section.
Can I still order a dedication?
No. Unfortunately, the Dedications section of the 2021 El Rodeo is now complete, and we cannot accept any more orders at this time.
If you placed an order previously and have any questions, please contact us, and we would be happy to help.
We hope you will consider placing a dedication in next year’s edition — details and orders will be available for the 2022 edition soon on our dedications page.
What if my question isn’t listed here?
